Initial Setup

When your Copilot account is set up, we configure a call routing bridge that connects your existing phone system to the Copilot platform.

Here's how it works:

1. Before Copilot: Calls come in → Go directly to their destination (team member, call queue, or group)
2. With Copilot: Calls come in → Route through Copilot → Forward to their destination

This routing bridge allows all inbound calls to be recorded, transcribed, and enhanced with AI capabilities without changing how your team answers calls.

Using Copilot During Inbound Calls

Step 1: Navigate to Your Calls

When you receive an inbound call, open the Copilot platform at sales.supermove.co and navigate to either:

• My Calls (your personal calls)
• Company Calls (all team calls)

Step 2: Find Your Active Call

• Look for your call under In-Progress Calls
• Click on the call to open the Copilot interface

Step 3: Use Copilot During the Call

Once you've opened the call, you'll have access to:

Live Playbook (right side of screen):

• Your sales playbook will display all questions/tasks
• As you ask questions during the call, Copilot automatically checks them off
• No need to manually check boxes or take notes
• If you jump to a different section of the playbook, Copilot recognizes this and won't check off questions in between

Battlecards (pop-up notifications):

• When a customer mentions specific keywords you've configured, relevant battlecards automatically appear
• These provide scripted responses and rebuttals for common objections or situations

Automatic Information Capture (left side of screen):

• Customer details auto-populate as they're mentioned during the call:
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Move locations
  • Other relevant details

Step 4: Create Projects (Supermove Users Only)

If you use Supermove Core, you can create a project directly from Copilot during or after the call ~ no need to manually enter information into your CRM.
