We’ve introduced a brand-new Sales Tab in the Office App, designed as a dedicated home page for sales team members.
This powerful new view centralizes lead management, custom sales stages, and streamlined sorting tools — helping sales teams work faster, stay organized, and focus on the right opportunities.
With the new Sales Tab, you can:
Create custom sales stages that match your company’s process.
Instantly view My Leads (your assigned leads) and Company Leads (all leads).
Sort and filter projects with enhanced table controls.
Set Up Custom Sales Stages
Under Settings → Projects → Sales Stages, you can now create custom sales stages in addition to the default stages built into Supermove.
By default, stages include:
New
Quote Pending
Quote Accepted
Confirmation Pending
Booked
Custom stages let you tailor the sales pipeline to fit your exact process.
With the Automations: Sales Stages Release Notes, you can also automatically move projects between stages to keep everything in sync.
You can:
Name stages anything you like.
Assign a custom color for each stage for visual clarity.
My Leads
The My Leads tab shows only the projects where you are the Assigned Salesperson.
This personal view helps you focus on the opportunities that matter most to you.
From here, you can:
Click any project to view details inline.
Access surveys, update billing, add project tags, and more — without leaving the page.
Company Leads
The Company Leads tab gives you a complete view of all projects across the company — no matter who’s assigned.
This is ideal for sales managers and teams who need a company-wide lead queue.
New table features:
Sort by any column with arrow icons.
Sort alphabetically, by move date, or by time spent in a stage.
