Automatically Move Projects to the Right Sales Stage
The new automation step Change Project Sales Stage lets you update a project’s stage automatically as part of any workflow.
For example, you can set up an automation that:
Detects when a Confirmation Sent trigger occurs.
Checks your conditions (e.g., only for certain project types or tags).
Automatically updates the sales stage to Confirmation Pending — without anyone having to manually click into the project.
React Instantly to Sales Stage Changes
With the Project Sales Stage Updated trigger, you can set up automations that run as soon as a project’s stage changes — whether you did it manually or another automation did it.
For example, if you set a stage to Follow Up, you can:
Automatically create a task for the salesperson to call the customer.
Send an internal notification so no one forgets.
