Overview
In Supermove, moving companies can enable their staff to connect individual calendars to the platform. This allows staff members to schedule surveys without conflicting with their existing appointments or events, streamlining the scheduling process. Here’s how to set up and use calendar integration for surveys.
Step 1: Enable Two-Way Email
Before you can connect individual staff calendars, the company must first enable two-way email. This requires connecting the primary company email account to Supermove. For more information, refer to the article Connect Company Account (Two-Way Email).
Settings → Communication → Accounts
Navigate to the Communication settings in the Admin panel.
Connect your primary email account to enable two-way email.
Once this is done, you can start connecting additional email accounts, which will allow each staff member to connect their calendar to the system.
Step 2: Connect Individual Staff Calendars
Once two-way email is enabled, staff members can connect their personal calendars to Supermove. This will allow their calendars to be visible when scheduling surveys, ensuring no conflicts with existing appointments.
Account Settings → Scheduling → Calendar
Have your staff log in to their account.
Navigate to Account Settings via the dropdown in the top-right corner of the interface.
Go to the Scheduling tab and select Calendar.
Here, staff members can connect their personal calendars, which will then be available for use when scheduling surveys.
Step 3: Enable Calendars for Sales
After individual calendars are connected, you’ll need to configure which calendars are visible for the sales team when scheduling projects and surveys.
Settings → Inventory → Sales Calendar
Navigate to Inventory settings in the Admin panel.
Go to the Sales Calendar section.
Select the calendars you want to show up on the Create Project flow for scheduling surveys. Once selected, these calendars will appear automatically when scheduling a survey.
Step 4: Use the Sales Calendar in Create Project
Now that calendars are connected and enabled, you can use them during the project creation process to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Go to the Create Project flow.
You’ll see a new Sales Calendar tab. Click on it to view all the connected calendars.
The calendars will display any existing events or appointments, allowing you to schedule the survey without conflicting with other jobs.
This helps ensure that your team doesn't double-book or overlook existing events.
Step 5: Edit Jobs
The same calendar module will appear when editing jobs. If you need to reschedule a survey or assign a new team member, you can easily view their calendar availability.

Navigate to the Edit Jobs flow.
The Sales Calendar tab will be shown by default, displaying the calendar of the selected salesperson.
If you're trying to reschedule the survey with a different team member, you can select their calendar from the list of connected calendars.
By following these steps, your team can avoid scheduling conflicts and keep surveys organized in Supermove, ensuring smoother operations for your moving company.
