Sales Activity Report
The Sales Activity Report provides visibility into outreach and engagement efforts across your sales team. It captures activities like calls, texts, emails, and task completions—both manual and automated. This report is essential for sales leadership to monitor communication trends, team performance, and automation volume over time.
Use This Report to Answer Questions Like:
Who on the sales team is most active with client communications?
How many touchpoints (calls, texts, emails) were made in the last 30 days?
Are automated systems doing the bulk of outreach, or is the team manually engaged?
What kind of follow-up messages are being sent to leads?
Report Inputs (Filters at the Top)
You can refine your view using the filters at the top of the report:

| Event Date Range | Selects the reporting window (e.g., Last 30 days or a specific custom range like 7/02/2025–7/31/2025). |
| Branch | Filters sales activity by branch. |
| Project Types | Filters based on project classification (e.g., Local Move, Storage). |
| Salesperson | Filters data to show only a specific team member’s activity. |
| Project Visibility | Filters by project visibility status (e.g., Active Projects only). |
How Filters Affect the Data
Changing date range, salesperson, or branch immediately updates the charts and logs.
Automated vs. manual activity is displayed in separate charts for clarity.
Only active projects are included by default unless toggled through visibility settings.

1 - Communications Breakdown
This bar chart visualizes daily manual activity by category, across all salespeople. Each bar shows activity volume by type on a given day. This helps spot peak contact days and areas of low or high outreach.

3 - Communications by Salesperson
A table summarizing each salesperson's activity totals. Can be expanded to see activity by days.

| Salesperson | The name of the employee. |
| Inbound/Outbound Calls | Total manual calls logged. |
| Emails Sent / SMS Sent | Number of messages sent by each salesperson. |
| Comments Added | Notes/comments added in the system. |
| Tasks Completed | Total CRM tasks completed. |
4 - Calls by Salesperson
Visual call activity tracker. In this report, no inbound or outbound calls were logged, so this chart shows “No Data” for the selected date range.

Export Options
Download Available for both the activity summary tables and the detailed logs (SMS and email), for reporting, coaching, or compliance purposes.
