Overview
You can now connect your Google (Gmail) or Microsoft (Outlook) email account to Supermove for two-way email communication—sending and receiving emails directly in the platform. This also allows for integrating your Supermove Calendar into Google Calendars.
By default, Supermove sends emails one-way from noreply@supermove.co. But by connecting your own email account, messages can appear to come from your company—and replies will flow directly back into Supermove.
How to Connect Your Company Email
To set up two-way email for your company:
Go to Settings → Communication → General
Click Connect Company Account
You’ll be prompted to log in and authorize Supermove to access your email account.
For Google or Microsoft Accounts:
Select the email account you'd like to connect.
- Accept the requested permissions
Once connected, your email will be listed under Company Account.
Sender Settings: Who Sends the Email?
Once a company account is connected, Supermove gives you two options for who sends emails:
1. Send from Company Email (Default)
All platform emails will be sent from the connected company email address.
2. Send from Individual User’s Email
Users can choose to send emails using their own connected email accounts. If no individual account is connected, the system falls back to the company email.
To connect your personal email:
Go to Account Settings → Communication → Email
or click Update Account Settings in the top-right corner.
Managing the Connected Account
Once your company email is connected, you can manage it from:
Settings → Communication → Update Company Account or the Account tab
This section allows you to:
View the connected email address
Set it as primary (if there are multiple)
Reconnect the account (e.g. if permissions are expiring)
Disconnect the account
