Overview:
This article is intended to cover how to deactivate or restrict both Office Users and Crew Members from accessing your Supermove account. Each has a slight difference in steps, so be sure to follow each accordingly
Important: Only an Admin can edit a user's access to the account ~ if you're not sure what level of access you have please speak with an Admin at your company.
Steps to Deactivate an Office User
1. Click on the Settings section in the upper right
2. Navigate to the Staff tab and click on Office Staff & Admins
3. Click on the 3 dots next to the desired user name and then select Edit User

4. A pop-up message will be displayed asking you to confirm the action of restricting access.

Important: Making a user Inactive will remove their ability to access the account, see historical information, or access any other user-related information, while still retaining their name in reports and on past jobs.
Note: Please check our User Accessibility and Permissions article for more information on levels of access within Supermove
1. Click on the Settings > Staff
2. Navigate to the Movers tab and click on the 3 dots next to the desired user name and then select Deactivate or Delete

What's the difference? Deactivate: Removes access to the platform but keeps all job history intact. → Best if you want to preserve records.
Delete: Permanently removes the mover from all completed and scheduled jobs. → Cannot be undone. Use only if you no longer need their job history.
