Customers may cancel, mistakes can happen, or you might just want to revisit a project or job. In this article, we'll explore how to revive a canceled job or project, whether it's due to customer decisions, errors, or your own desire to bring it back to life.
Restore a Job
- The first step to restore a canceled job is to click on the 3 dots found next to the +Add Job button on the top right and click on Show cancelled jobs ().
- You will be able to visualize all or any cancelled jobs. The jobs will have a Cancelled banner associated for easy identification.
- Next, select the job you want to reactivate, click on the three dots and click on Restore Job.
Restore a Project
A Project is cancelled when all jobs in it have been removed.
If you haven't left the project page, all you need to do is add a new job or restore a job and the project status will change from Cancelled to its last status. NOTE: Please refresh the page to see the status update.
