The Accounting tab in the Office App is the dedicated home for all financial information within Supermove. From Payroll to Compensation, the Accounting tab can present all this crucial information for your business in one place by clicking on the button that looks like the one below:
The Office App also provides flexibility in setting accounting-related reports to be viewable under this accounting tab. When creating new reports in Supermove, you can now tag them as Accounting reports; these reports will then show up under the Accounting Tab > Reports.
Setting-up Accounting Reports
To create a report in Supermove that can be accessible within the Accounting tab, please see the following steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Reports and click on “Manage Reports”
- Click “Create Report”
- Include the Report Name
- Add Explo ID
Note: you may need to contact customer support to create a new report and generate this explo ID
- Under “Report Category” make sure to select Accounting
Note: If the category is kept as General, it will continue to appear in the main “Reports” tab in Supermove
- Click ‘Save’
Viewing Accounting Reports
Once you've added a report into Supermove, you can access it by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Accounting tab
- Click on the ‘Reports’ Section
- Select the report you want to view under “View Report
- Success you can now see the report!
Viewing Move and Storage Invoices
The Accounting tab also provides a clear view of your move and storage invoices. You will be able to easily track invoices for each business line. Note the Storage Invoice will only be available if you're on Pro Tier and have access to the feature. By default, you will have access to these tabs.
