Things to Note
If you have the payment features enabled on your Crew App, you will be able to collect or record payments using the tablet
Towards the end of a job, you will be presented with the Payment steps. The options available are based on your organization settings of accepted payment methods.
The “Credit Card - Pay Now” option is the only option that processes payment through the system itself (requires having a payment processor such as Stripe or Supermove Payments integrated with your account). All other options (including Cash) simply record that the payment was collected off-platform
Start by clicking the payment method that the customer will use to pay for the job
The customer will be presented with the tip prompt screen where they can choose a percentage of the total bill, enter a custom tip amount, or select a Cash/No Tip option
Note: The default tip percentages can be customized, or the tip prompt screen can be disabled completely if you desire. Your Implementation Manager can assist with these customizations
