Things to Note
While a job is in progress on the Crew App, crew members can access optional documents for the crew or customer to review as needed. Examples of optional documents could be a waiver of liability related to a specific task, or a change order to capture additional scope to the job.
How to access Optional Documents
Once you have started a job, you can access optional documents by clicking Actions in the top right corner of the screen
Next, click View Documents to access your library of documents
Note that any documents you want to have access to here will need to be added to the job type as Optional Crew Documents within your Office App settings. Your Implementation Manager can assist with setting these up.
Now click New next to the document you want to open. You will be able to review the document and capture any information or signatures required
Once you are done reviewing the document, click X to close the document library, then click X to close the Quick Actions. This will return you to the current crew step you were previously on
Note: Any documents you complete on the Crew App will be automatically saved within the job, making it visible to office staff within the Office App as well. The customer will also automatically receive a signed copy of their documents via email.
