Once a customer submits a Virtual Walkthrough for a job, this inventory cannot be edited or added to.
From time to time, however, customers may need to replace their original inventory videos if they made a mistake or forgot to include rooms.
In order to generate a new Virtual Walkthrough link to send to the customer, you will need to start by copying the job.
From the job page, click "Actions" and "Copy Job"
Add the date for which the new, copied job should be scheduled. Click "Confirm"
Details, such as Client and Move Information and billing, will carry over from the original job into this new job.
From the new job, you can now send a new virtual walkthrough link by clicking the Survey dropdown and selecting "Virtual Walkthrough". Enter the customer's phone number to send the new survey link.
Finally, cancel the previous job by navigating to "Actions" and clicking "Cancel Job"
