Tip Payouts

#Overview

With the latest update, you can now edit the tip payouts assigned to individual movers. This feature allows adjustments to tips for multiple jobs within a project and across movers on a specific job, ensuring correct payouts.

#Tips on Billing

In the Billing section, under Tips, you can now view a single total tip amount for the entire project. By clicking Add Tip, you'll be able to:

• Edit the total tip amount

• See a breakdown of the tip distribution per job

This feature provides better control and flexibility in managing tip allocations.

#Tip Payouts

The Tip Payouts section under the Jobs block displays all tips distributed to the movers on the project. The current system automatically distributes tips to all assigned movers when a job is completed on the Crew App. From this section, you can:

• View the total tips allocated to each mover who worked on the project

• Check the number of jobs each mover worked on

• Click the Edit Tip Payouts button to adjust the tips

#How to Edit Tip Payouts

You can edit the tip distribution in the Tip Payouts block, where you’ll be able to:

• Adjust the tip allocation per job

• Redistribute tips across different movers

• Ensure that the total tip distribution does not exceed the overall amount recorded in the Billing section

Warning: Any changes made to the tips payouts on a project will be immediately reflected in the Employee Payroll report under Accounting
