Setting up two-way Email

Overview

Two-way email is now available! Companies can connect their company email account to Supermove for sending and receiving emails directly within the platform. Currently, we support connecting Google (Gmail) and Microsoft (Outlook) accounts.

Settings → Communication → General → Company Account

A new Company Account option is now available under Communication Settings, allowing businesses to connect their email account to Supermove.

Supermove currently supports only Google (Gmail) and Outlook email accounts. Other email providers are not compatible at this time.

Note: If a company does not connect an email account, Supermove will continue sending emails one-way from noreply@supermove.co, as it does today.

Connect Company Account

Click Connect Company Account to open the authentication flow and link a Google or Microsoft email account.

For Google accounts:

  1. A list of logged-in email accounts will appear.

  2. Select the preferred email account.

  3. Grant Supermove permission to access the account.

The user must accept data-sharing permissions with Supermove.

Important: On the permissions screen, all options must be selected to enable both two-way email and future calendar integrations. Select “Allow All” to grant full permissions.

Update / Remove Company Account

Once a company account is connected, users can:

  • View the connected email account.

  • Update or remove the connected company email.

Sender Settings


When a company account is connected, two options are available for sending emails from Supermove:

  1. Send from a single company email account (default) – Emails are sent from the connected company email.

  2. Send from an individual connected email account – Emails are sent using the sender’s connected email. If no individual email is connected, it defaults to the company email.
